1. Acceptance

By accessing, subscribing to, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

The platform is offered to educational institutions and their authorized users (administrators, teachers, students, and parents). The institution subscribing to ez.school is responsible for its account, the users it provisions, and the accuracy of the information it provides at sign-up.

3. Subscriptions, Fees & Taxes

• Access to paid features is provided on a subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or annual), billed in advance.
• Fees are displayed at checkout in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes. An invoice/receipt is issued for each payment.
• Subscriptions renew for the same cycle unless cancelled. You can manage renewals from your account.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking credentials. By making a payment you also agree to the payment gateway’s terms.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Suspension for Non-Payment

If a subscription is not renewed or a payment is not received by the due date, access to the workspace may be restricted (read-only) during a grace period and then suspended until payment is completed. Your data is retained during this period in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to misuse the platform or access it unlawfully.
• You will not upload inappropriate, infringing, or harmful content.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform, software, and all related content are the property of Profmax Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Data uploaded by an institution remains owned by that institution.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the subscription in the preceding twelve (12) months.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kanpur, India.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
