Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to the ez.school platform purchased through https://ez.school, operated by Profmax Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Profmax”, “we”, “us”). All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of, or subject to, applicable taxes as shown at checkout.

1. Billing & subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
  • Online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner; we do not store your card details.
  • An invoice/receipt is issued for every successful payment and is available in your account.

2. Cancellation

  • You may cancel renewal of your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support.
  • On cancellation, your workspace remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for; it will not auto-renew thereafter.
  • Cancellation does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the current period, except as set out below.

3. Refund eligibility

Refunds are considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental charge for the same subscription period.
  • Payment captured but the subscription/workspace was not activated due to a verified fault on our side.
  • A documented, unresolved service failure attributable solely to the ez.school platform.

4. Not eligible for refund

  • Change of mind after the service has been activated and made available.
  • Part-period (pro-rata) refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle, unless required by law.
  • Issues caused by third-party systems, your network/devices, or incorrect configuration by your institution.
  • Add-ons, setup/onboarding charges, or one-time services that have already been delivered.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your registered email with your organization code, the invoice/payment reference, and a brief description of the issue. Refund decisions are communicated within 7 business days of receiving the required details.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method used for the transaction. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days; the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment provider.
