Eligible refunds
- Duplicate charges for the same subscription period.
- Payment captured but subscription not activated due to a verified platform issue.
Not eligible
- Change of mind after using the service.
- Partial-period refunds for cancellations mid-cycle.
- Issues caused by third-party systems or incorrect customer configuration.

Email support with your organization code, invoice/payment reference, and a brief description. Refund decisions are typically communicated within 7 business days.
