Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 2 July 2026

At ez.school, operated by Profmax Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to digital accessibility for everyone — including students, parents and staff with disabilities. Education platforms serve entire communities, so accessibility is a design requirement for us, not an afterthought.

Standards We Target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across the marketing website and the ez.school application.

What We Do in Practice

  • Semantic HTML landmarks, headings and labels so screen readers can navigate reliably.
  • Full keyboard operability — interactive elements are reachable and usable without a mouse, with visible focus indicators.
  • Color contrast maintained against WCAG AA ratios in both light and dark themes; information is never conveyed by color alone.
  • Motion and animation respect the prefers-reduced-motion system setting.
  • Forms with programmatically-associated labels, clear error messages and no time-limited steps in onboarding.
  • Automated accessibility checks (axe) and manual keyboard/screen-reader passes as part of our release process.

Known Limitations

Some data-dense administrative screens (large tables, charts) are being progressively enhanced with better screen-reader summaries. Where a chart is not yet fully accessible, the same data is available in an accessible table or export.

Compatibility

ez.school is designed for current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile, and is tested with common screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver).
